Didn't read the whole thing. Is this the Obamacare-lite thing that Ryan mentioned or full repeal like how Rand Paul and Ted Cruz were calling for?

The 30% plan especially effects those who are older or are poor. The AARP is already on the case, though, so it's likely not gonna get through. |
