Here's the outsiders that are going to present each Best Picture nominee. These aren't actually as bad as I thought they would be; although, some are still head scratching.
I agree that this is probably who will present what except that John Lewis and Amandla Stenberg should be switched which Anderson acknowledged in the replies to this tweet.

I think I probably agree with that proposed breakdown, though I feel like Lewis and Morello might be the other way around. I also feel like Trevor Noah might be the one to present Black Panther considering he's the only one who's actually African, but obviously Vice is way more up his alley. Glad they got Luna for Roma though it's a shame they couldn't get Bernal to join him.
On second thought, it could be Morello presenting Green Book (African American musician...) and Stenberg presenting Black Panther (because superheroes are for kids!). I'm also getting the sense that Serena Williams introducing A Star is Born may have been falsely reported...now that they have Streisand, someone with a direct link to the film, it doesn't make sense that Serena would be randomly thrown in there as well, unless she just really was a big fan of the film. I dunno. This'll probably somehow be the least disastrous aspect of this year's Oscars production so I'm not gonna sweat about it.

Before I realized Mike Myers was also there, I assumed Carvey was for Vice. Would have been funny given how a lot of Vice's performances have been compared to SNL sketches.

It's possible that Streisand ends up announcing the Best Picture winner. It is the 50th anniversary of Funny Girl and her Oscar win.
